Project Director/Senior Counsellor

Salary: £41,186 - £43,704 per annum- pro


Hours: 24.5 hours per week


Contract: Currently funded to December


We are looking for a
Project Director/Senior Counsellor who can manage and provide overall direction
and development to our well-established Project, be responsible for resource, financial and
budget management including fundraising, and who is a qualified and experienced
Counsellor eligible for BACP accreditation and able to provide assessment and
therapeutic support in a horticultural setting to individuals and families
referred to the Project. We are flexible about how the post is organised and
happy to discuss a job-share or secondment.
